More Tips on Your Law-Enforcement Related Rights

Last night was somewhat boring, at least until I came by an interesting "underground" privacy and law enforcement "watch-dog" site by the name of Anonymity Portal. They have a lot of cool docs on privacy and other such topics, but what I found most interesting was the quanity and quality of information related to your civil rights as it pertains to the police questioning/searching you. If you're a liberty activist, or even just an everyday American, it would be wise to check these documents out. You never know when you might get pulled over or otherwise bothered by the "Men in Blue" for no reason!

I had a 9 week nightmare and the details are too long for this first discusion but, I will put it in simple bullet point fashion.
- I won 875,000 law suite from years of cancer
- Wife asked me to seperate 3 days later
- Wife used an order to get me out of the house with no violence, no complaints to the police just a friends recommendation.
- Involved a Womens organization for support
- Police are then ordered because of womens org., to follow order.
- my arrests begin never with my side or confirmation of her lies
- my life and family is torn apart because the court, AWAP, the Police and the DA never questioned the orginal complaint
- Bottom line I am happy 3 years later but my children are ruined forever, my ability to run youth programs and work in my home town are forever changed.
- The police have now followed me, pulled me over and harrassed me and lied on 2 instances causing me additional grief, financially my life long stability because I am now disabled is completely gone in divorce, lawyers and basically waste of money.
- I need to write a book or how I can get some sort of change that stops automatic guilt when a women screems for help when nothing is happening. No checks and balances for an organization that does a lot of good controls the courts and police once they say a women needs help.

That really bites, I must say. Please check out JJ Luna's book, How to Be Invisible for good information on how to minimize this damage or at least prevent it in the future. Remember, the secret cardinal rules are:

1. Never have your name associated with where you live, and
2. Make sure as little as possible of your assets are directly tied to your ID. What the litigators and law cronies don't know won't hurt them!
