The Free State Project, Etc.

Well, it's official. At least one of us (possibly more) has bitten the bullet and finally decided to join the Free State Project! The West Coast is really getting way too expensive and socialist for libertarians, especially in recent years- ergo New Hampshire! For those readers interested in political action and protest, check out the local NH Underground organization. They have been doing some pretty cool things out there, and this is a major factor in choosing NH to make a stand for liberty.

In other news, check out this cool blog post regarding the DownsizeDC.org "Hold a grudge about the 'RealID Act'" action item:

This act does not make us safer but only provides the illusion of safety. By endangering our values as expressed in the declaration of idependence and our constitution we only invite the tyranny of fear. The ID Act makes us no more secure than the Sedition act of John Adams, the suspension of habeas corpus by Lincoln,or the internment of Americans of Japanese descent. It is our values of freedom that is our greatest safety and there is no substitute for the arduous work of law enforcement and citizen vigilance.

STAND UP FOR YOUR RIGHTS.
